
Julie Ellen "Tawny," Kitaen was an American actress and model. She lived between May 7th, 2021 to August 5 1961. Her career in acting on television started with Malibu (1983), and California Girls (1985). She also appeared in comedy The Perils of Gwendoline and Bachelor Party (both 1984) along with the film of horror Witchboard (1986). Kitaen has gained a wide recognition due to her role in numerous rock music videos, including Ratt's (1984) "Back for More" Whitesnake's ("Still of the Night") and Whitesnake's ("Is This Love") (all 1987). In the 2000s Kitaen began appearing on reality television shows, including Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008) which highlighted Kitaen's struggles with addiction. She was born Julie Kitaen in San Diego, California in 1961, the youngest of three children born to Linda Kitaen (nee Taylor) an housewife and one-time beauty pageant judge, and Terry Kitaen, an employee of a neon sign business. Kitaen's mom, who was from Irish as well as Scottish descent, was married to Terry Kitaen (an employee of a neon sign business). Her father was Russian Jewish. [33 Kitaen was raised in the Jewish religion. Kitaen was first introduced to the name "Tawny", at 12 years old, on her own initiative. She had dyslexia issues as a child and dropped out of Mission Bay High School. 7.
